This year’s MBA-led social impact conference returns on Friday, November 15, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Huntsman Hall.
With a focus on social innovation, the conference aims to explore how alternate technologies, business models and financial instruments are driving social impact.
The conference features morning keynote speaker Sacha Dichter, Chief Innovation Officer of the Acumen Fund, and an afternoon keynote by Ed McLaughlin (W’87), Chief Emerging Payments Officer at MasterCard.
Half a dozen panel discussions will cover topics such as: disrupting education through technology, social enterprise, corporate social responsibility, community development and urban revitalization, financial inclusion, and impact investing.
