Bobby Turner, W’84, shares a presentation about social impact and “Gens Y and Z” during the Social Impact Executive Speaker Series on Oct. 7. 2013.

Join the Wharton Social Impact Initiative on Tuesday, April 14 for an evening “fireside chat” with Wharton alumnus Bobby Turner, W’84, and Professor Katherine Klein, Vice Dean for Social Impact.

Over the last two decades, Turner has established his place as a pioneer in social impact investing, real estate, charter school innovation, and more.

As Principal and CEO of the mission-driven Turner Impact Capital, he has dedicated himself to providing “sound financial returns for investors, fostering opportunities for residents of the communities in which his funds invest, all while embracing environmental responsibility.”

This enthusiastic alumnus is most passionate about helping students understand social impact and incorporate it into their lives and work. In his annual Social Impact Executive Speaker Series, Turner brings high profile speakers to Penn’s campus to share their insights on why they are committed to making an impact.

Join us for this engaging discussion for a chance to ask Turner how to connect profits and purpose. All students are welcome to attend, but an RSVP is requested.

Reserve your space, and we will send you an email with the location once our headcount is confirmed.
